Sloping board allows creating a top with sloped sink.

After importing the DXF of the top, only the maximum and minimum depth of the sloping board need to be defined. The system creates the 3D of the workpiece and the CAM for the waterjet tool.

Surfacer allows you to manage slab surface processes by means of brushing heads.

The software allows you to:

• use the machine camera to capture the slab
• manage the toolpath on the slab, choosing from several predefined paths
• change the toolpath technological parameters (speed, pressure, tool approach,…)
• sequence several brushing operations using heads with different tools
• save preferred settings in recipes that can be reused for future jobs

QuiSink allows you to cut channels and sink hole rebates.

The software allows you to:

• cut drainage grooves towards the sink hole, managing their depth according to the material thickness measured by means of a sensing cycle performed automatically by the machine
• cut the rebate around the sink hole required for installation of flush mount sinks, managing the rebate depth based on the material thickness, measured by means of a machine automatic sensing cycle

In combination with QuiSink, Rocket Tool makes it possible to manage machining processes when the supplementary motor spindle is installed on the machine

LabelPro allows you to manage the labelling process if the machine is equipped with a labeller.

Sphera Office is the Breton Sphera desktop version.

Miterwave Touch dynamically compensates for irregularities in the material during the cut in order to obtain perfect joints on mitre cuts.

You can also use this function as a mechanical touch probe simply for determination of slab thickness.

Vein Matching allows evolved pre-determination of slab selection and cutting operations so that the veins of the pieces can be matched during installation, creating bookmatch veining effects.

Slab Queue is used to define the machining programs execution list as prepared on the loading buffer.

Cutting programs can be defined by the technical department in advance using the Breton Sphera Office suite, which provides all the basic functions needed to prepare the slabs nesting and machining strategy.

Different materials require different cutting strategies and Breton Sapiens allows these strategies to be established and adapted to each requirement.
