Breton Trinity Combi Saw
The Breton Trinity is an advanced CNC cutting centre that combines three processing technologies within a single machine: a diamond blade, waterjet and milling spindle.
Designed for flexible slab processing, Trinity allows fabricators to perform multiple cutting and machining operations without transferring the material between separate machines.
Three Technologies, One Machine
Trinity combines the speed and efficiency of diamond-blade cutting with the flexibility of waterjet technology and the additional machining capabilities of a milling spindle.
The diamond blade can be used for straight and angled cutting, while the waterjet provides greater flexibility for internal corners, cut-outs and complex geometries.
The integrated milling spindle expands the machine's capabilities further, allowing additional machining operations to be incorporated into the production cycle.
CNC-Controlled Processing
Each technology is integrated within the machine's CNC-controlled workflow.
Digital programs can combine blade cutting, waterjet operations and milling within the same machining cycle, allowing Trinity to automatically select the appropriate process for different areas of a component.
Flexible Slab Production
Trinity is designed for processing natural stone, quartz and ceramic materials across a wide range of fabrication applications.
Its combination of technologies makes it suitable for producing kitchen worktops, vanity tops, architectural components and other complex fabricated pieces from a digitally prepared production program.
Integrated Production
Bringing cutting and machining technologies together within a single CNC system reduces the need to move material between different machines and processes.
For fabricators looking to consolidate multiple slab-processing operations into a more integrated workflow, the Breton Trinity provides a flexible CNC solution backed by LPE Group's UK machinery support.

Take A Closer Look
Double waterjet with automatic nozzle adjustment.
Workbench that does not require a rubber cover as the saw, pre-cutting the material, never rests on the work surface, thus reducing wear costs.
Inclined planes can also be created without milling the surface of the workpiece, but only by using the variable inclination waterjet cutting with continuous probing by the Miterwave Touch.
With traditional systems, tool changes must be managed manually by an operator. The new automatic tool change system for Rocket Tool ISO 30 delivers a fully automated workflow through a 12-position tool magazine.
This innovative accessory redefines slab surface processing: engravings, holes, recesses, flush-mount sink cutouts, grooves, and mixer or sink holes become even more efficient.
Spindle-mounted vacuum cups for handling the cut parts to minimize waste.
The machine can be equipped with the high speed Rocket Tool spindle accessory, which makes it possible to perform milling operations with end cutters or finger bits.
Breton patent. The machine is intrinsically more accurate when joining dual technology cuts: the saw cut is in line with the waterjet cut because their coordinates are defined by the same positioning operation.
Tilting workbench almost flush to the floor.
Garnet flow sensor to prevent possible damage to the slab.
The whole monobloc structure is machined from a single piece and then hot-dip galvanised.
The Breton Vein Matching software programmes the cut by matching different slabs and matching the veins easily.
OSOB digital camera installed on the beam, perfectly perpendicular to the bench for high quality images.
