1.

With traditional systems, tool changes must be managed manually by an operator. The new automatic tool change system for Rocket Tool ISO 30 delivers a fully automated workflow through a 12-position tool magazine. This innovative accessory redefines slab surface processing: engravings, holes, recesses, flush-mount sink cutouts, grooves, and mixer or sink holes become even more efficient.

2.

The tool magazine is enclosed to protect the tools from dust and liquid that can compromise tool life and accuracy.

3.

Artificial intelligence automatically suggests the best cutting patterns, reducing waste and increasing the efficiency of your fabshop.

4.

Simple and immediate control, similar to a smartphone.

5.

Available as optional, the 600 kg suction cup system is engineered for the safe handling of large, heavy slabs. Integrated into the spindle, the suction cups leverage Venturi technology to efficiently remove air, water, and debris at the pickup point—minimising the risk of clogging and unintentional release during machining.

6.

Increased rigidity and stability in demanding machining operations.

7.

Wokbench in galvanised welded steel with standard top coated with multi-layer wooden panels.

This system, available on request, allows the execution of rodding cuts on the slab underside to avoid sudden breaks when making cuts very close to the edge. The system can be installed on a specific floor standing support alongside the work table and it is equipped with a 300 mm diameter disc and a 7.5 kW motor.
