Breton Genya CNC Saw
The Breton Genya is an advanced CNC bridge saw designed for automated cutting and processing of natural stone, quartz and ceramic slabs.
Developed to automate more of the slab-cutting process, Genya combines CNC-controlled cutting with integrated material handling, allowing workpieces to be repositioned during production with reduced operator intervention.
Automated Slab Processing
Genya is designed to manage multiple stages of the cutting cycle automatically.
Its integrated handling system can move and reposition cut pieces on the worktable, allowing programmed cutting sequences to continue without requiring the operator to manually reposition material between operations.
This provides a more automated workflow from the initial slab through to individual finished components.
CNC Cutting
The machine's CNC-controlled axes manage blade movement and positioning throughout the machining cycle.
Digital cutting layouts can be prepared in advance, allowing straight, angled and programmed cuts to be incorporated into a single production sequence.
Integrated Material Handling
Automated material handling is a key part of the Genya system.
By repositioning components during the cutting cycle, the machine reduces the amount of manual handling required around the saw and allows subsequent operations to continue automatically.
This is particularly useful when processing layouts containing multiple components or more complex cutting sequences.
Digital Production
Genya integrates CNC cutting, digital programming and automated workpiece handling into a single production system.
For fabricators looking to increase the level of automation within slab processing, the Breton Genya provides an integrated cutting and handling solution backed by LPE Group's UK machinery support.

Take A Closer Look
Genya is delivered pre-assembled with prewired electrical cabinet. Once the customer has positioned the machine, only the front housings remain to be fitted. The entire assembly and start-up phase can be completed in 5 days. Genya can be easily relocated on the customer's site to accommodate possible changes to the production layout.
Supplied as standard, it ensures fast, high-quality cutting at pressures up to 3,800 bar / 60,000 psi. The system reduces abrasive consumption, provides reliable performance even under heavy-duty conditions, and streamlines maintenance, helping to optimize operating costs and overall productivity.
With traditional systems, tool changes must be managed manually by an operator. The new automatic tool change system for Rocket Tool ISO 30 delivers a fully automated workflow through a 12-position tool magazine.
This innovative accessory redefines slab surface processing: engravings, holes, recesses, flush-mount sink cutouts, grooves, and mixer or sink holes become even more efficient.
The bridge is moved by a rack and pinion gantry system driven by Siemens brushless motors of the latest generation in order to guarantee rapid and high precision movements.
Main spindle compatible with discs of up to 700 mm with 1/2” gas fitting and internal water feed in order to fit core drill bits or end cutters.
Spindle vacuum cups for handling cut pieces, making it possible to minimise material wastage and streamline cutting operations.
The adjustable console equipped with a Siemens terminal with 22" multi-touch screen allows the operator to program the machine easily and quickly. In addition to the system's high power, use of Siemens components means being able to rely on ongoing system developments and updates plus constant availability of spare parts, anywhere in the world.
OSOB digital camera installed on the bridge perfectly perpendicular to the work table in order to take high quality photographs of the slab and optimise cuts.
Spindle touch probe to detect slab thickness in order to start the cut at the optimal height for reduced machining cycle times.
Tilting table that almost reaches the floor for safer slab loading/unloading operations. The rubber faced work table increases grip of the slab during machining operations.
