Breton Fuego
Single wire NC multiaxis shaping machine
For profiling and roughing large and small blocks with a diamond wire, capable of interpolating up to 10 axes.
Breton Fuego is a manifestation of Breton's innovative technological spirit.
The machine is equipped with a rotary table (block trolley linear movements and rotation) that makes it possible to create complex profiles such as cylindrical and tapered pillars, sleeves for cladding of pillars, shapes for furniture, stairs, and cornices.
The trolley traverse and rotation axes can be interpolated with the diamond wire descent movements for execution of complex profiles. Breton Fuego makes it possible to work with the wire inclined by up to +/- 20° on blocks of up to 1,800 mm in height, requiring lowering of the foundations at the two sides of the columns by just 30 cm.
