New from Omni Cubed: The Next Generation of Stone Handling Equipment

Omni Cubed has expanded its material handling range with a new generation of carts, dollies and installation equipment designed for the everyday challenges faced by stone and glass professionals.

The latest additions include the Pro-Cart AT3, Pro-Cart AT4, Pro-Dolly HD3, Pro-Dolly HD4 and Stair Ninja, bringing increased capacities, improved material protection and new features for transporting heavy and awkward pieces from the workshop through to the jobsite.

As an official European distribution partner for Omni Cubed, LPE Group is bringing the latest products into the UK and European market.

Pro-Cart AT3

The new Pro-Cart AT3 is an all-terrain cart designed for moving heavy stone, glass and other large-format materials across the varied surfaces encountered during installation.

With a capacity of approximately 544 kg, the AT3 combines strength with manoeuvrability and features 9-inch flat-free, non-marking tyres to help crews negotiate gravel, lawns, stairs and other challenging surfaces.

The AT3 has a clamp opening of up to 76.2 mm and a high-clearance design intended to make obstacles and stair treads easier to negotiate, while still providing clearance for tall pieces when passing through standard doorways.

For teams already familiar with Omni Cubed's Pro-Cart range, the AT3 represents the next generation of the company's heavy-duty all-terrain handling equipment.

Pro-Cart AT4

For applications requiring greater flexibility, the Pro-Cart AT4 takes the concept further.

Like the AT3, it has a capacity of approximately 544 kg, but introduces Omni Cubed's Quick Release Speed Clamp, providing both larger and smaller adjustments without needing to remove the clamp from the cart. Its maximum 114.3 mm clamp opening also makes it suitable for thicker materials, mitred pieces and larger edge details.

An adjustable wheelbase allows the cart to be configured to better suit different stair dimensions, while 9-inch flat-free, non-marking tyres help it tackle rough terrain.

The AT4 also incorporates a folding system, allowing the caster base rails to rotate beneath the main support rail to create a more compact unit for storage and transportation.

Pro-Dolly HD3

The Pro-Dolly HD3 is the new heavy-duty evolution of Omni Cubed's HD1, designed to provide increased capacity while retaining the low-profile format that makes the Pro-Dolly range so useful on site.

Capacity has increased to approximately 544 kg per dolly, while a low deck height helps maximise clearance when transporting tall pieces through doorways and other restricted areas.

The HD3 features a 76.2 mm clamp opening, integrated holding clamp and 9-inch closed-cell polyurethane tyres. Grey non-marking rubber, protective end caps and radiused extrusion corners have also been incorporated to help protect finished materials during handling.

For installers regularly moving stone and glass through doorways, tight areas and uneven jobsites, the HD3 provides a compact handling solution with considerably increased capacity.

Pro-Dolly HD4

The Pro-Dolly HD4 builds on the HD3 with additional capacity for thicker and more demanding pieces.

Each HD4 is rated to approximately 544 kg, with two units capable of supporting approximately 1,089 kg when used as a pair. It also incorporates the Quick Release Speed Clamp found on the AT4, with a maximum opening of 114.3 mm.

Despite its capacity, the HD4 retains a low-profile design to provide clearance when moving tall materials through standard doorways.

Nine-inch flat-free, non-marking tyres provide all-terrain manoeuvrability, while protective end caps, radiused corners, EPDM rail padding and grey non-marking rubber help protect the material throughout transportation.

Stair Ninja

One of the most distinctive additions to the range is the new Stair Ninja, a low-profile corner protection and transportation tool developed specifically for difficult access.

Supplied as a pair, the Stair Ninja clamps directly onto the material and is designed to protect vulnerable corners while moving stone through stairs, low door frames and other restricted spaces.

Each Stair Ninja has a capacity of approximately 272 kg, providing a combined capacity of 544 kg per set. The adjustable clamp accommodates materials up to approximately 121 mm thick, while a deck height of just under 70 mm keeps the system extremely low to the ground.

Four-inch rubber wheels and grey non-marking rubber complete the design.

The Stair Ninja can be used independently or paired with other Omni Cubed carts and dollies, giving installation teams another option when faced with awkward access and vulnerable material corners.

A New Generation of Omni Cubed Equipment

These latest additions build on the principles that have made Omni Cubed equipment a familiar sight throughout the stone industry: purpose-built tools designed around the practical challenges of moving heavy, valuable and often difficult-to-handle materials.

The AT3 and AT4 expand the all-terrain Pro-Cart range, while the HD3 and HD4 introduce the next generation of heavy-duty Pro-Dollies. The Stair Ninja adds a completely new solution for protecting and manoeuvring material through some of the most challenging areas encountered during an installation.

Together, they provide fabricators and installation teams with more options for moving stone and glass from the workshop to final placement.
